Where do they all come from? è un verso, un concetto di un fascino che trovo irresistibile. dalla pima volta che l'ho ascoltato, so rimasto appeso all'uncino di quell'interrrogativo [forgive my ugly english] i have always loved the beatles, even though i've never been in love with the beatles. revolver is the album which features 'eleanor rigby'. i know i know: commenting on this song is the dullest possible thing. and yet, i don't want to praise the perfection of the armony, the right place for each note, for each sound. i'd like to say something else. as a million of other songs, eleanor rigby speaks about loneliness. but this very song brings a line, one only line, enchanting me, nailing me: all the lonely people/ Where do they all come from? ... ...
